Is Workchats really free?

Yes. The Free plan includes messaging, 1:1 video calls, channels, threads, screen sharing, and 5GB storage per user for up to 5 team members. No credit card required, no time limit.

What happens when I upgrade to Pro or Business?

Your workspace, messages, and files stay exactly where they are. You get instant access to more storage, more team members, group video calls, and admin features. No migration, no downtime.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch at any time from your billing settings. Annual billing saves you 25% compared to monthly.

What counts as a "user" for pricing?

A user is anyone with an active account in your workspace. Guest users (available on Pro and Business) are separate and do not count toward your user limit.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
